IN NO EVENT SHALL JET'S PIZZA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JET'S PIZZA IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00).

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution
